What are his feelings for me?
Hello!
I am starting to learn Horary Astrology. It is a bit confusing though if I am being quite honest. Here is a chart I drew up and here is my analysis so far. Granted, I could be completely wrong and take my analysis with a grain of salt.
Sun in 11th: We are best friends
His Significator in 10th: We are colleagues and met through work (this is also support by my significator in the 6th house).
I get more confused when I try to read applying and separating contacts. If anyone can give more info on what you see, it would be great.

Venus trine Mars, Sun = Ven/Asc, Moon TOL from Venus to Mars.

All this shows he has sexual attraction for you, just like you do him.

Given you question, he is ruler of the 7th, Venus.

So you/Mars and him/Venus separate by aspect. There might have been a time for the two of you to grow closer, when the planets were applying by trine. But that has passed and you now separating.
Also, he does not receive well by reception, that is, you/Mars are in the sign of his/Venus' detriment.
Finally, Moon's next aspect, representing the unfolding of the question, is an opposition, which does not bode well.
I'm not seeing it changing from best friends to something closer and more intimate now.
