Do orbs count on a retrograde planet if it doesn't reach back to the natal planet?
For example, I have Venus at 25Leo17. Neptune is now retrograde and will go back to 25Aq55 - within 1 degree of opposition but not actually getting back to contact my venus. Will there be an effect or is the transit over?
I just wonder because Pluto has been stationary at 2Cap47 and if my birthtime is just 1-2 mins later; my ascendent moves into the 2Tau range. Wonder if that might explain why I'm focusing on having a major league makeover in my appearance and home the past couple of months?
