Will i be accept to start volunteering?

I am invited to testing for entering on volunteering team in IT company, I wish to be accepted with all my heart. I prepare for the test but I am sure that the competition will be huge, there will be talents from over the country. I hope for positive results but if you can see some sign please tell me
