with this confusing and uncomplete chart picture - not even showing necessary planet placements and house cusps ... nothing can be told -even not besides lottery - but what anyway a lot of people would like to know.
The chance to win in a lottery is very individual and different in every chart - my husband won in the lottery 3 times a considerable amount. Ruler of 5th house - gambling - and a transit activation was a part of.
As birthdata are available -to generate a readable chart myself - I just for fun had a look at - and in fact you have some potential for unexpected luck of money income - not coming from work only.
Mars rules your 5th house - games and gambling and is in 6th house - inconjuncting neptune and uranus both taking 2nd house cusp (money flow) in their middle. And both are in sextile with pluto in 11th house - sitting exact on 12th house cusp and 6th/12th house axis - public institutions. Saturn - reponsible for your money flow - ruling your 2nd - trines jupiter as your asc ruler in 11th house.

You have to watch yourself what happens - and experience whether near is close enough to get something happen.
Exact uranus activation will only happen exact on May 4th, 2021.

Here are some suggestions: you may have some talents and even psychic ability related to sports, speculation, you may have good luck teaching young people. You may find time spent on planning and strategy will pay off before trying lotto or other forms of speculation.Look over Zora's reply and maybe take into account her suggestions as well.
