will i relocate in 2019 for job?

I Want to know about relocation next year, i want to get a good job abroad.

Venus in 9 and pluto in 12 but great oppositions.... please share your insights?

No job, no relocation in 2019... Moon Void. Moon will aspect Mer after sign change, this might be visa applications but won't lead to you going abroad just yet.

You should do you research online, focus on one or two countries and devote full research to it, find out what they require and try to fulfil that requirement. You can apply to study abroad perhaps, but its expensive.

I am qualified and i have also done some research, my peers are working at better places with good perks. Its my luck that is not working.

I am also planning for further qualifications....
