I am new to astrology, I will try to read your chart.
Note: I have taken Mars in 7th house and Venus in 1st house (along with Mercury and moon). This may change in some charts because these 2 planets are found near the border of 2 signs.
1. You have manglik dosha which will prevent progression in career and in married life. If you have not done any remedy so far, please do now. (One remedy is to have marriage done after at least 27 yrs).
I always have hurdles in progression in career and personal life. I agot married at 30 and took divorce within 1.5 years.

Dasa of the Lords of 7, 9, 12 th houses can cause travel to abroad. (these are Guru, Shani and venus). Two dasas are already over. Since birth you had Guru dasa till
June 1999 and Saturn till Jun 2018. I don't know whether you had made
any travel in the past.
I had many short travels in past also six month after marriage.Current Mercury dasa (from Jun 2018 - 2035) may not initiate travel opportunity. (Also antardasa of Guru/shani/venus come later). But since moon is together with mercury it is possible.
3. I could not arrive at a conclusion why not you can go abroad because there are some favorable planet positions.
-- rahu in aswini nakshatra is favorable for foreign travel.
-- 11th house (income ) lord Mars gets aspect by Shani (9th house lord) meaning you may get income through luck, your father, foreign travels.
I have no inheritence money
--11th house (income ) lord Mars throws aspect on venus (12th house lord) meaning you may get loss through your friends/ community or (contracdictorily) they can help you go abroad; foreign travel may be due to your desire.
--guru - 7th lord throws aspect on venus (on ascendant)- 12 th lord. so chances for abroad travel.
--"The sages have declared that if the Navamsa Rasi occupied by the 10th lord is aspected by, or conjoined with its lord, the person concerned will be in his own country. If it be conjoined with or aspected by other planet, then he will earn in a foreign country." (for you the later case)
I tried to relocate many times but always unsuccessful due to hurdles
