Will I get the Apartment Today?

(Following is not in accordance with standard horary dogmas and uses whole sign house format)
-querent = 1st house = Leo = the Sun
-quesited A (new home) = 4th house = Scorpio = Mars
-quesited B (relocation) = 7th house = Aquarius = Saturn
-Sun flows away from both quesited significators (Mars and Saturn), which in turn both flow away from the Sun by retrograde motion.
From my perspective this = - testimony, so my answer would be "no": I hope that events prove this interpretation to be wrong! Good Luck!
