Saturn/Mercury square: Family Issues

Greetings, Astrologers! I need some help understanding transits in my chart. I have Natal Saturn/8th square with the long transit of Neptune/5th. Could there be any positive result from this? I do not have kids and at 45 do not plan to, but I wonder if there's anything else to take from this besides family disillusionment/coldness from 75% of family. I am now in a Saturn Dasha.

I have Saturn Square Mercury in Natal Chart(Western). Saturn Exalted in Libra 5th H and Mercury in Cancer.
According to Vedic System running Saturn/Saturn Dasa.

Yes, I have family issue.
But, I am 36 and not married yet.
