Well she has pluto and saturn transiting her 5th house. That could bring restrictions and loss but pluto can also mean transformations and conception. Saturn could mean a long high risk pregnancy as well at some point. Remember chiron is also in aries which is where her moon is and it's in the 8th house.
This doesnt mean she won't have a successful pregnancy. Especially with Jupiter in her 5th house natally. Jupiter my give her many children and Uranus may bring them unexpectedly or through adoption. I had a miscarriage at a 16wks when pluto was about to enter the 5th house. Then got pregnant successfully but was high risk and did have a lot of bleeding in the first trimester and giving birth.
