I have a Grand Trine including Venus, Moon and Saturn. Saturn in my natal chart is in the 7th. Moon (Gemini) will have progressed to the 10th house, Saturn (Aquarius, where it originated) to the 6th and Venus (Libra) will remain in the 2nd. In this year the Sun (ruler of asc in natal chart) will sextile ASC and conjunct Mercury. Mercury will be conjunct Mars (though I don't know if this has anything to do with it). Venus will be conjunct to Jupiter. These aspects don't change dramatically throughout 2013 and 2014.
Could this be linked to marriage? I'm already with someone, we've been together for a year and it's a really complicated, rocky relationship but it seems to be stabilizing now.
