Have you read the 'welcome sticky' at the top of this forum? It has some great explanations, links etc and also has links to forum rules & regs...At the top of every forum of lots of ‘sticky’ which explain matters in that forum, guidelines, tips and forum rules

Traditional astrology interprets Saturn’s presence in the second house to mean a lack of or difficulty in getting real world possessions like money, cars, etc. Moving away from this fatalistic approach, we will try to personalize the meaning of Saturn in the second house for an individual. From a personality standpoint the second house reflects your attitude to real world possessions. With Saturn in the second house, you might be unduly pessimistic about your own ability to get possessions. Avoid the pessimism. Then again, you might be overly cautious in the way you invest your finances.http://cafeastrology.com/articles/saturninhouses.html

When looking at a woman’s chart the type of man she would look for is her sun sign and mars traits, plus 7th house planets and house cusp ruler and where that ruler was deposited.
When looking at a mans chart for the type of woman he would look for is his venus and moon sign and then 7th house planets and house cusp ruler and where that ruler was deposited.

Although synastry is a valuable tool with astrology it cannot 'make things happen' even if you have the best synastry in the world unfortunately..

Predicting marriage and/or having children can be done, but it is not easy, time consuming and intricate. There are lots of things to take into consideration like, secondary progressions, what interaspects one chart makes to another, Solar arcs, Solar returns, Transits etc

member called Miss Saturn has a book/theory on how many marriages and children you might have on this thread…

Your natal chart is like a photograph as unique as your fingerprint, BUT the 10planets in the sky have not stayed where they were in your natal chart, they have all moved. Predictive astrology is mostly maths where those 10planets are now and the mathematical aspects they make to your natal charts ie: 180'=opposition, 90'=square, 60'=sextile and 120'=trine.

So your personality, grows, develops, changes, matures as we get older, this is reflected by your sun sign changing from it's natal position to the next sign along, so does your Asc and MC sign change. In fact from sun to mars espec are important, as the outer planets really don't move much, using a 'day for a year' secondary progressions.

If you want to research more into Secondary progressions try here

It's very common for progressed venus onto sun or vice versa to be involved, also the North Node of one person conj second person's sun or moon. Also Vertex is usually involved either natally, by progression or by transit. I use max orb orb 3' between each others planets. We also have a 'Relational Forum' besides lots of others and these are very common questions so perhaps researching a while around there could pay dividends....Here is one of my post's with lots of info http://www.astrologyweekly.com/forum...ad.php?t=13745

What most books don’t tell you is that the Seventh House rules the First marriage. If there is another marriage, it is shown by the Ninth House. How about a third marriage? A description of your third marriage (if any) is found in your Eleventh House. You see how this works?
Start with the 7th House as the 1st marriage and go counterclockwise around the wheel, skipping every other house, to see all other marriages. To find out more about your first marriage partner, turn your horoscope wheel upside down so that the Seventh House is on the left side, where the First house is normally located. Then, Re-number the houses. House number 7 becomes house 1, the 8th house becomes house 2, and so on. Now read that chart as if it were the horoscope of your marriage partner.

hello frns!2nd house related to family...does 2ns house saturn aspects my 7th house, leading to 2marriages?what does my 7th house say?

Saturn in your second house, on its own, wouldn't suggest the number of marriages someone would have. There is an old astrology belief that if someone had one of the "dual" signs on the 7th house cusp (Gemini, Virgo, Sagittarius, Pisces), that this would indicate two marriages. This has been true in my case, but I don't know if it is true across the spectrum of humanity.

Your chart was constructed with a western unequal house system, showing Saturn in your first house. You do have Neptune in your 2nd house, but I would view this more as the need to be very careful with your money, as Neptune shows where we may be very unrealistic.

With your moon/Jupiter in the 7th, marriage is very important to you, and normally a source of well-being. But your 7th house ruler Venus makes no major aspects, suggesting that you may need a marriage that allows you a lot of independence, or that you have unique views about the kind of marriage you wish to have. You may also have some "head vs. heart" and "work vs. spouse" conflicts.

Isismagdalenne If you have no planets in the 7th house, look at the planet that rules the sign on your 7th house cusp. For example, in ishaverma's chart, she has Venus-ruled Taurus on her 7th house cusp. See which house that planet occupies and what aspects it makes. With Venus in Cancer in the 8th, she probably hopes for a marriage with deep sexual intimacy and shared resources, as these are 8th house matters.

First, your Saturn does not have aspects with items in your 7th house. Therefore, it does not provide information to answer your question.

Second, Saturn in the second house is (amongst others) about your moral values. So, a Saturn transit in your 2nd house could have you review and change your moral values. If these become incompatible with your first partner, it could potentially lead to a separation and a 2nd marriage with a more compatible partner.
