You can’t really know about his intent. The fact that he hasn’t given back in small chunks points to his not paying it back. But it does not/cannot speak to his intent.

She is not getting her money back ..i already explained u the chart :)
Tech speaking yes u can tell if quested has an intent to pay or not

I gave the money between aug-sept-oct 2020,seems to have the money to return it but he finds excuses to delay as he has to pay debts elsewhere.Im trying to behave with patient cause he is getting misunderstood very easy.
