I need some help reading my chart.

Hey, everyone. I want to look for a new job but is now the right time? What do you think would be the best field to get into, and how should I go about taking that first step? What should I watch out for/what are some potential downfalls? What strengths should I focus on?

Another thing I've been reading about is how because I have a Scorpio ascendant with Pluto in the first house, I need to "destroy my ego" or some such. What exactly does that mean, and how does my chart indicate I will or should improve?

Also, what can you tell about my relationships? Including lovers, family, and friends.
