Using whole sign houses, you have Mercury, Sun and Venus in the first house. Mars is also in good shape in the 11th house. This configuration will give you a career and Venus is the main ruler of the 10th so something in the arts as you already have found. The main indications holding you back are that opposition from a strong retrograde Saturn and retrograde Mercury. Progressed Mercury has gone direct so that should not be a problem now. Saturn will continue to hold you back at times for the next few years, but after that should be less of an issue
