Can someone tell me about aspects to the angles in Synastry?

I have been looking at my Synastry with this particular girl and I notice that all of her personal planets conjunct my Ascendant, so I take it that is significant. However, I do not know whether I am aspecting her other angles (or vice versa) or not. Can someone please tell me how to know?
