This is huge. Waters just gave Chauvin another 'bite at the apple' once he's convicted!!!

She thought she was hurting Chauvin with her remarks but she's helping him.

That sounds more like a not guilty, which would trigger possibly deadly riots.

Still stellium in the 8th of death, with Chiron near the cusp.
Moon exactly square Venus, ruler of the 9th of law, approaching a square to Uranus near the cusp of the 9th (is this indicating a future overturn?).
Neptune on the descendent.
North Node on midheaven (verdict was a popular one!)
Mars in 10th in almost exact trine to Jupiter.

Biden called for a guilty verdict, interfering in the judicial branch.
Maxine Watters defending her call to violence, will obviously not be banned from Congress or even from social, because she is on the "good" side, with the Dems.

 Chauvin, 45
was found guilty of second- and third-degree murder
and second-degree manslaughter.

The judge asked each juror if the verdict was correct :smile:
thanked them for "...heavy duty jury service..."
and dismissed them.


He revoked bail
and
told Chauvin to report back in eight weeks for sentencing.
Chauvin was handcuffed and taken into custody.

pinning George Floyd, a 46-year-old Black man, to the ground
with his knee last Memorial Day for over nine minutes
after police responded to
a report that Floyd used a counterfeit $20 bill.

all right, so chauvin executed a man who was restrained and posed no immediate threat to himself or the public, simply for being high on illegal drugs. That's known as "summary execution".

the president of the philippines was in favor of summary executions for users and dealers of illegal drugs, and #45 said he thought that was a "good idea" at the time.

Unfortunately for chauvin, under current law, it's murder in the first degree, since it was both premeditated and deliberate.

 he'd be much better off pleading "depraved indifference".

Definitely. Karma is going to come back and hit her in her big loud mouth!

MOB RULE rendered this guilty decision. Chauvin is guilty of manslaughter but the Jury ruled by emotion and not facts of the trial. They asked no questions and didn't even examine the causation (drugs, heart, etc).

Once the emotions die down in 6 months or so, I suspect Chauvin will win on appeal.

You have violent mobs rioting, burning and hurting people as the trial is going on.

You have the Mayor directly accusing Chauvin of murder.

You have the City Council award 27 Million Dollars to the Floyd family while hte Jury is being selected.

You have nutcase Maxine Waters calling for the mob to burn the country down if there's not a guilty verdict.

You have fake president bidan saying the verdict must be guilty.

It's not a fair verdict at all but one based on fear, intimidation and emotion. Nothing to do with the actual law. :crying::crying::crying:


Derek Chauvin will likely seek to overturn his murder and manslaughter convictions by arguing that the jury was prejudiced by media coverage and a settlement in the civil case brought by George Floyd's family.

Chauvin's attorneys will have to notify the trial court within 60 days if they plan to appeal. His lawyers then have months to review transcripts and court filings dating from the start of the case to build their arguments.
