Progressed Sun Help?

Why is it or how is that my natal Sun by progressed Transit has moved from the first house 16'34 Pisces (26 degrees below the ASC @ 20 AQU) to the 12th house?

It's also odd that some point the Progressed Sun stations in the 12th , and then transits forward and over the ASC and back into the first house after 160 years?

Progressions and transits are two different things. [deleted attacking comment - Moderator] Progressed Sun never goes retrograde. You misunderstand what progressed Sun is. Most people mean "secondary progressed" when they say "progressed".
