The costume director had lost her assistant due to the safety and pay issues
so the armorer was filling in for her role as well
armorer had been given both jobs
She was with the costume director
and
the supposed scene with the gun
was not a scene at all
but a camera check with the gun
in prep for a big scene later that afternoon.
This event was not being filmed
Alec Baldwin AIMED AT CINEMATOGRAPHER
Without Armorer in Church
and
Without Checking for Live
what matters is
WHY DID HE PULL THE TRIGGER?!! If it was just a scene block.
gun was single action, as has been reported
then he had to pull the hammer back before pulling the trigger.
Practicing his draw would not have called for pulling the trigger
He had to pull back the hammer before he pulled the trigger.
It was not a negligent discharge. It was deliberate.
Armorer was not there.
He should've known better.
He took the opportunity.
He did this intentionally.
Knowingly.
Willingly.

According to the attorney of David Halls
Halls never gave the gun to Alec. Alec is in deep trouble.
Only person guilty is Alec.
You can't use a defense of
".....I'm not guilty of running over a person with my car
because the gas station attendant put the gas in...."
Alec shouldn't have pointed the firearm.
And
I see no remorse on his face
only anger
