2013 Chinese Astrology for the Year of the Black Water Snake

2013 is Year of the Snake and it will arrive on February 4, 2013. (Note: Chinese New Year Day is on February 10, 2013. The first day of 2013 Chinese Astrology Year is on February 4, 2013.) Here, we want to use Chinese Astrology's Five Elements (Metal, Water, Wood, Fire and Earth) theory to explain people's fortune in 2013 and foresee what will happen in their lives in the Black Water Snake year.

A simple way to explain is
50% of yearly luck is from the current Decade Cycle.
The other 50% of luck is from the Yearly Cycle.

If a person had good luck in 2011 and bad luck in 2012,
Then he or she will think Yearly Cycle is more important.
In fact, the Decade Cycle involves the result of good or bad lucks.
