Astrocartography - is there sense?

Hi
I started reading sth about cartography
is that true that there are place in our birth date chart that we should avoid(also for holiday)?
And places to better live(to meet sth that can love,better job etc.)?
So which cities in Europe are the best for me?

If I well analysed as country Island (but i do not want to live there)

I borned 18th of March 1984 , 8:45 a.m Gniezno Poland

Now I live in Poznan (Uran DS) and it seems to be not good for me..?

Better is to live in Wroclowe? (Wrocław)- Moon's Node/AS Line

Venus/AS Line (for example some par of iceland) is good for live? or to meet someone to fall in love and live together?
or maybe also good for holiday to meet here someone??
