This is what I found on http://www.boloji.com/astro/00345.htm. I'm completely new to medical astrology, however, and can't comment on how accurate this is

I wouldn't consider your mars to be conj pluto as for me the orb is too wide. Astro do use wide orbs, I normally reduce to 85%
remember planets are modified by sign, where they express is house and how they express are the aspects....
Your mars is trine moon and quincunx Jupiter.

The mars in this chart is not challenging or bad and the aspect to Pluto is too wide. You have a wide trine to the Moon but nothing else really and in the 12th house this supports dealing with the hidden realms of life, religious issues. You may also have some kind of healing ability and able to help those less fortunate because of your emotional rapport. The 8th house deals with much more than death, which is only a transition anyway....I have Mars here and it gives a strong sexuality often or you can be a sex therapist.......!!!! and a drive to delve into the secrets of life and the hidden realms..It may indicate that you pass with a stroke or some kind of head issue but it will be an easy death or passing. You can inherit from your mother or a mother figure.....so you see the 8th house also deals in gifts, inheritances, shared assets, and mediumship or clairvoyancy.

omg im so creeped out guys. i have mars in my 8th house! what alignments will i need to have in order to not die before age 60?

Unfortunately, there is no set formula or signature for marriage or [DEATH] childbirth, although others may disagree, apparently horary and vedic seem confident in this area. There are indicators and potential as there would be with natal, solar return chart but guarantees -- (post 2 & 3 below)

Your chart is a blueprint of your personality, facets and penchants and the whole chart is 'potential' for development. There is nothing guaranteed or fatalistic in charts, I do believe we still do have free will. I also believe we chose our parents and childhood circumstances best suited to learning those Lessons in the best way we can.
Your mars is challenged by square to saturn and mercury BUT is also involved in a nice grand trine too..
