This issue does more to reveal the idiotic nature of Leftists' and progressives' public statements than any other.
Before Trump's election in 2016, most Democratic leaders were not yet idiotic. The Democrats, including Schumer and Obama, were deeply concerned to protect and control the Southern entry into the United States. They noted that migrants flooding into the country would immediately demand favors from the government. They would demand gifts from the government paid for by strapped American taxpayers. The flood into California bankrupted countless nonprofit hospitals as migrants who are non-citizens (foreign citizens of other countries) flooded the emergency rooms of nonprofit hospitals which bankrupted most of the nonprofits in California.
Obama built the camps and the cages to restrain the invaders, but Democrats would later blame Trump for those tools.
When Trump showed the organization and political will to deal with the problem once an for all, the Democrats and Leftist radicals condemned such a magnificent response to a long-standing problem simply because it was a Trump triumph to the chagrin of Democrats who had failed completely.
It is the easiest calculation to make. A flood of illegal migrants will bankrupt the country. They hate Americans even though they demand entry into the US. They are bigots who have hated Americans forever. Notice how they storm the borders of those South of the Border authorities who want to keep them out. They do not respect anything or anyone. They demand your wealth as they squat on your soil. Make no mistake; they hate Americans.
Notice that they stormed the authorities South of the Border by storming the barricades and pushing into where they were not wanted. They are a terroristic mob who uses their massive numbers to get what they want and overwhelm the forces who block them. A mob. Let them into this country, and you are sealing your doom.
Europe has made the same mistake. European countries can barely deal with the crisis of having migrants within their borders who demand that all European laws change to accommodate the savage values of the new occupants. They want to push their savage laws and customs upon Europeans (who they hate) who did not get a voice in the invasion. The Left ruins everything. The European Left did this to Europeans, and the American Left did this to America.
