Will he propose this year?

Looking at our solar return charts, it got me wondering if the man I am dating will propose to me this year? I know moon is void but I have done charts and still got an outcome so I am assuming its saying not right now? I am taking mars as his other ruler and me as venus which are conjuncting giving a yes?

I am only asking if he will or wont this year nothing else. Thank you for helping me read the chart correctly

So mars and venus conjunction wouldn't count?? Thank you though for your help in reading the chart at least I know to not have high hopes for that right now Thank you again.
