Do my symptoms indicate a more serious condition?

I've been having a list of symptoms which could indicate many different conditions, including some serious ones. It seems that to find out the cause would require numerous tests and examinations. So before seeking medical help, i asked a horary question:

Do my symptoms indicate a more serious condition?

Looking at the chart, i first noticed Venus, ruler of the Asc (me) and the 6th house (health?) on the Des, but combust, also Saturn is in the 7th house. I've just started learning a bit about horary and am wondering if these 2 points make the chart unreadable or if it can be interpreted?

Any help understanding this chart will be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance!
