Is it time to move on

Hi all ,
I wanna know something about a ongoing friendship ( a lil more than friendship) we both have been thick pals howevr things seems stuck now . as his response is always very cold always . please look into teh horary and tell if its time to move on

(Following is not in accordance with standard horary practice and uses whole sign house format)

An advice-request horary:
-querent = 1st house = Cancer = Moon
-Lot of Rectitude (the right thing, or best thing, to do; the right action for querent to take) = ascendant+mars-mercury, falls @ 10 Leo
-Moon flows toward Lot = yes (it would be right to move on)
-dispositor of the Lot (and also arbiter in general of right action), the Sun, flows toward the Lot = yes
Answer to question: yes, it would be the right action to take, to move on...
