when I am going to cure from dissociative, depersonalization disorder ?

now I know what mentall dissorder I am facing with so this is my question... well I am trying my best to recover from it, it's almost 9 months since the event that triggered my anxiety and now I feel so much detached from everything almos like I am not living my life... I feel like I am not myself in my body, so this is my curiosity, if I am going to recover soon or it will last a bit longer to heal from this... I hope to hear from you soon... pls write to me!!!!
