Late Degrees on four axes

Hello,

I asked a home sale horary a few days ago on the forum, but before attempting a delineation for it I wanted advice how to interpret the chart as the ascendant is at 29.59. This also means the other 3 main axes (IC, DSC, MC) are also changing signs. Do I interpret them as how they are currently situated (late degree signs) or the signs they are about to change to?

Link below of thread for reference in case anyone wanted to take a gander.

The Ascending point in the chart you show is in the early degrees of Virgo as is the Desc in the early degrees of Pi. The other angles are not in the early degrees of their signs, but later, at nearly 27.
No angles are at 29.59 so I am not sure what chart you are referring to?
