I just got notified that I had lost my job. I have been working as a sales since 19/11/2018. Six months I've been working at this company; I started to understand I am someone who would rather stay silent rather than speak up. I didn't get any clients for these 6 months, and now I don't know what to do anymore. Before this job, I had experienced a 10-month long unemployment, in which I could barely afford rent and was so poor I had to starve most of the time, which resulted in a 4-day stay in the hospital for malnutrition. I don't know if I should cry or shout in order to resist. But now I am quiet again.... What's your advice for me please?
