Hello!
I wish to settle abroad.
My horoscope details:
24-11-1988
7:25A.M
Visakhapatnam, andhra pradesh, India
As per my knowledge I think 9th house is related to foreign ............
My 9th house lord is in 7th house.
So will I go abroad only after marriage / through spouse?
or else is there any chance to settle abroad all by myself?(individually)

I tried checking your chart. Not in Traditional Astrology, but with KP Stellar Astrology. I'm giving you my opinion.

Yes, you can go and get settled down in some foreign country. That is there in your Horo. But the time is not fruitive now. Rahu Dasa is running for you now, till 11/01/2021. Rahu is not signifying you a foreign settlement. Also none of the upcoming Bhuktis is strongly signifying that. If you try, you can make some short trips like Onsite works. But you can't get settled down there.

But after Rahu Dasa, your Jupiter Dasa and Saturn Dasa are good for you to get settled down in Foreign Countries. So you can expect your settlement in a foreign country only after Jan, 2021.
