Would Rising Sign Cause Someone To Have Alot Of Moodiness?

Could an individual's rising sign cause mood swings or to be moody? Also, what signs would cause it? The individual's sun is in virgo and the moon in aries.

When the Sun and Moon are not compatible it can mean emotional mood swings. Their yin and yang are in conflict. The rising sign connected to these bodies would give moodiness perhaps. You would need to show the whole chart.

Cancer is known for moodiness and Libra can have ups and downs as well.

Moon in Cancer: very emotional
Sun in Aries: Euphoric, dynamic, energetic

The combination of both creates a bipolar personality. Combine both parts of your personality.

What about Virgo Sun / Aries Moon?

Mutable earth does not usually integrate well with Cardinal fire. My ex boyfriend from high school had this, and we always used to poke fun at him for being such a timid, goodhearted softee, but often having angry moody outbursts. Childish temper tantrums could certainly result from an Aries moon (emotion, feeling) in conflict with a Virgo sun (ego, sense of self).
