what made you assume that D-9 should be read for career and marriage?

From what I could understand from some apps and websites, D9 is associated with marriage, spouse and mid life. Thats why I wanted to know.
In general, I wanted to ask about my career and marriage. I am facing a hard time in career and am not getting good matches for marriage. I'm worried about it. If you can shed light on the above topics by reading my chart, i would be grateful.
