Trying to read Dominant sign in my chart - Need help

So far looking at my dominant signs, Aquarius is severly close to pisces. Aquarius is fitst by 17.5 percent while pisces is second with 17.4 percent.

Scorpio is 16.9 percent.

Do I read both Pisces and aquarius as my dominant sign or is it one or the other ? If aquarius is intercepted ( as it is with mine ) is pisces the dominant. Does it any way bring me out more of my aquarius interception?

Birth chart and part of pullens astrology log will be attached.
