I would and wouldn't at the same time. I know Gaga's game by now in what she tells people. She s very VAUGE in nature and only lets some of it slip out of her truth. That's why I keep putting my money on Pisces or Scorpio.

I know Aquarius types that are very traditional in nature and some that are not. Just because she dresses crazy doesn't mean it's pointing towards her rising all the time. Her personality is what makes me think what kind of rising sign she could be.

Emulating someone a lot to the point of merging with it is something of a Pisces trait. I do it all the time when it comes down to my favorite characters on tv: Peyton Sawyer and Buffy Summers. I once tried to when I was younger look and dress like Sarah M. Gellar to the point of being her for halloween. I usually take what I want to look like very seriously when emulating an identical look, but with my own spin on it, like Gaga did for some of her videos in tribute to Madonna.

This is something about being dark, which is associated with the 8th house themes and I keep thinking 8th house Scorpio Moon and Pluto.

In You and I her manly alter ego is funny but many other scenes are "not pleasant" if you know what I mean. She has real talent, power and is a really nice girl but sadly I think that sometimes she does too much for fame. Sorry to her and her fans but that's my impression. At the beginning she did a great job, so she surely can do without provoking by all means.

Well I also think it's solar returns and progression charts would show her transitions to certain themes being much darker in her career these last few years. I bet it's got some scorpio elements showing up that aspect her moon and neptune.

To her Ascendant: Maybe I thought too much about it but I'm still not sure about Cancer rising because I don't know any Cancer rising who would do these raw and shocking things.The possible Aries midheaven could be the reason. It's really difficult to guess.

Cancers are not like that. I should know: my boyfriend is a Cancer, Cancer Moon, w/ a Leo Rising. He s very caring, but also is kind of egocentric about things in a Leo way, w/o all the "me, me, me!" attitude. That's why I don't think Cancer or Leo for her rising unless she has STRONG Gemini and other Leo aspects in her chart (ie - Moon or Sun, which she doesn't have).

I know someone who is a Gemini, Leo moon, and Leo Rising. She is very selfish as she had gotten older and very boy crazy too. She has a flare for the dramatics and tends to manipulate too much by playing the victim about the men in her life. She has to always put on a show and is very insecure about her life. She has a hard time letting go of the past. She is also very naive. These traits I don't see in Gaga. That's why I still don't think Gemini or Leo too.

She also doesn't have Virgo or Capricorn rising too. I know Virgos and Capricorns and they don't act like Gaga. She isn't meticulous in her clothing choices about being as conservative with some of her options. I also look at other celebs with those in their chart and I still go "Gaga doesn't act like that at ALL!".

This is why my money is and will be on Pisces or Scorpio Rising.

I think she digest her fears/nightmares in her videos.
Yes,maybe the exposure of violence is mirrored in an emphasis of the 8.house/Scorpio/Pluto.
But because of our free will each constellation can be lived in a good or bad way.
I would hope that she would rather show the postive side of the Scorpio-principle like the strength,love,passion and the phoenix-like energy of transformation.

I highly believe she has Taurus Rising. She gives off that 'stubborn yet Venus ruled' feeling. Definately Taurus Rising.

I always thought she was a Taurus rising. Everything made sense, the love of fashion and makeup, the highly sexed sensuality and even her face gave it off to me but the whole Sag thing threw me off. A lot of sources say she has a Sagittarius Ascendant. Which also makes sense. I always connect Sagittarius ascendants with attractiveness (silly me!) so seeing as Gaga isn't known for her beauty...


I don't know where people get Aquarius rising from. She looks nothing like an Aqua rising. Christina Aguilara and Matt Damon have Aqua risings as well as myself and I do not see the resemblance. She may be revolutionary, and outspoken about her beliefs but so is Sagittarius. Stubborn feeling is Aries sun! Can't beat that!

I definitely think she has a Gemini ascendant (20-29 degrees). She has NO planets in air, but she seems like she has it on the asc.

That would put Sun in the 11th house, Mercury in the 10th house, either Pisces or Aqua MC etc. I think it fits her!

She also used to get mistaken for Amy Winehouse often when her hair was brown and Amy has a Gemini ascendant!

Yeah, Gaga doesn't seem like she has any air in her whatsoever, including rising and her first impression was pretty intense. I would say Sag Rising too but I know a lot of those, and they always are pretty slim and tall. Gaga has struggled with her weight, since she was a teen. She was short & 'stalky', kind of like the description of Taurus Rising. She also has that face. Well, before all that makeup anyway. But I still love her. And she is a very fiery lady. Very.
