Regulus conjunct Moon, North Node, and Mercury Sirius conjunct my Mars

What do you guys have to say about Regulus and Sirius?? I think they're super cool fixed stars The problem is that I haven't seen much information regarding them. Could anyone give me some insight?? In my chart, both Regulus and Sirius seem to be quite prominent. Regulus conjuncts my Moon, Mercury, and North Node. Sirius Conjuncts my descendent and Mars.

Here's pretty much what I've been reading on it..."Fixed star Regulus is of the nature of Mars and Jupiter. It gives violence, destructiveness, military honor of short duration, with ultimate failure, imprisonment, violent death, success, high and lofty ideals and strength of spirit, and makes its natives magnanimous, grandly liberal, generous, ambitious, fond of power, desirous of command, high-spirited and independent....

"Well connected, it promises fame, honors and riches. On the Ascendant and with Mars combined, Sirius can be quite dangerous, pushing ahead with too much ambition is then seen, resulting in dangers by injuries or attempts on the native’s life."

"Mars conjunct Sirius: Courageous, generous, military preferment, work in connection with metals. [1]"

I've seen some of the coolest things with Regulus. I haven't with Sirius yet.

My Dad has his Rising conjunct Regulus exactly, but he's not really rich or famous like what astrologyking indicates. He's a very troubled person, in my opinion. Even though my Dad isn't "rich" he has an extremely Leo and dignified personality--always playful and putting on a show.

Donald Trump also has his Rising conjunct Regulus, and you can definitely see the riches!! It's quite fitting.

And then King Louis the 16th had Regulus conjunct his Jupiter, Mercury, and Sun!

So, do these stars indicate anything?? Will I become royalty one day?

Sirius conjunct descendent is dependent on a reliable time of birth
if the time of birth is out by four minutes
then any possible Sirius conjunction is unreliable

conjunctions to fixed stars are noticeable when conjunct by LATITUDE and/or DECLINATION
and not solely by Longitude
"additional tables pdf" above top left of astro.com chart
provide latitude as well as declination and longitude

Thanks JA bro, but I have no idea what you're talking about and I don't know which chart to look for. I guess I'll never know

Re: Regulus conjunct Moon, North Node, and Mercury Sirius conjunct my Mars

Omg, I don't know what I was doing before. LOL sorry JA I kind of ignored all those pictures, but now I understand declination now!!

But they are so helpful I appreciate them.

I can't believe I'm not discovering declination until now. I'm so silly

I guess my Saturn square Sun is practically nothing. The declinations are so far off. They are not parallel at all; they are intersecting.

REVISION TIME

On mulling that statement over
although longitudinal conjunction only is accepted by modernist astrologers
fixed star "conjunction" is in fact not entirely longitudinal
because
majority of fixed stars are BEYOND the ECLIPTIC aka apparent path of the Sun
and
to have any notable influence natally
fixed stars require "conjunction" by LATITUDE and/or DECLINATION as well as longitude

Traditional astrologers use PARANS
PARANS IS LOCATION SPECIFIC

Some stars will have no effect at certain latitudes
because the star cannot be seen at that latitude.
There is also curtailed passage
in which stars transcribe a circle around the globe yet never touch the horizon.
They make their own circle but never rise and never set.
Bernadette Brady explains
that stars with a curtailed passage of motion
are more extreme in their meaning
than those stars that do touch the horizon line.
Orbs are kept tight, less than 00 30′.
You can read a longer explanation about parans on Star Logos.
There is an animated map on The Way the Sky Appears to Move: Diurnal Motion and Parans.

Your thread title explores conjunctions to fixed star REGULUS

Saturn is a PLANET not a fixed star
Sun IS a STAR but NOT a "fixed star"

REGULUS is only about half a degree from the ecliptic
a position that it maintains all the time
