Would these planets be considered parallel?

The north planets sun and Venus are parallel with each other. The south planets moon and Mercury are parallel with each other. Sun and Venus are counter-parallel with the moon and Mercury. The counter (contra-) parallel works like an opposition.

Thank you are these like conjunctions? Would they be felt in composite?

You said contra-parallel is like an opposition so parallel would be like a conjunction? So would I read it as Sun conjunct Venus and Moon conjunct Mercury in composite?

Right.

Sorry, I don't know how they would work in a composite chart. A composite works as a set of averages between planetary pairs, so I would imagine it could average the declinations as well as the degrees of longitude. You might take the composite of you and someone you know really well, and see how it works out.
