Drug Addiction, Compulsive Lying/Manipulation in this Chart?

I have a friend that I really care about, but I can't be friends with her anymore because she is just too much. I was wondering if there is some sign of compulsive lying in her chart? She is a master manipulator and I can't always tell if she's telling the truth or lying. Is there a sign of lifelong drug addiction?

Any insight would be greatly appreciated! i'm not terribly adept at doing this myself, though I think I do see signs of drug addiction in the chart. I can post an astrodienst chart if necessary. thanks so much

Saturn conj neptune can suggest depression.

Speaking from another drug addict at one time, she is probably going through some depression or rejection issues. When you are dealing with a drug addict, they don't want people to know and almost get paranoid from it. It becomes a habit, but more than likely she has some internal issues. She's got to learn to control her thoughts and projections, imho. Just a lot of confusion and manipulating of her own thoughts on people.
