what would a Lilith in Taurus in the 10th house with a very tight conjunction with the south node mean in your opinion?

Although I do not use asteroids (since I have not studied them, NOT because I "don't believe in them"), I do use the special point known as Dark Moon Lilith; I have found it often has much to do with health tendencies, and so it can play a role in estimated longevity calculations.
