How to figure out which progressed moon phase you're in?

I believe that my current progressed moon phase given present circumstances and the fact that on that day given my progressed birth day would be a last quarter phase.

However it is just to the right of 90 degrees, which technically would make it disseminating moon.
What is the proper way to find out which phase your progressed moon is in? Mine is technically just before Last quarter, but I can relate way more with the next phase.

Progressions simply generate a chart based on approximately one day from your birthday for each year of your life. There's nothing special about the chart aside from that... it doesn't specifically calculate anything from the planets in your natal chart.

I believe that your progressed moon phase would indeed be whatever phase the moon was in at that time.
