Manual calculation can be difficult. You can YouTube for many tutorials. Quickest way is to use the software Janus 5.1

It's easy.
There are two ways. The first is to calculate POF and then add or subtract 180°.
The other is to calculate it directly: DSC + MO - SU
But you should always use the Part of Spirit, which is equivalent to POF in effect.
POS=ASC+SU-MO
These points function like auxiliary angles and can be quite potent with a close orb. No more than 2° applying or 1° separating, and that's on the high side.
