Funny you should ask that because my Mr Scorpio Moon also has mars square moon which is similar to your aspect. He definitely wins in the assertiveness contest between us, by faaaar. And that's probably why I retract. He is bossy as hell, why am sugar coating it? He's usually right so I don't discount him, but keeping him happy takes a lot of energy. I actually sneak off sometimes and turn my phone off and eat greasy food in bed (no way would he do that) when I've had enough of him. But almost immediately I miss him again. It's goofy.

Re: Natal Moon conjunct Saturn?

Your moon-mars conjunction on the MC is a biggy so maybe she sees that and is intimidated by it because she is the opposite. Maybe you have an attraction to each other because she is as closed off as you are assertive. It will repel but attract.

Btw ardentika I'll interview her tommorow, we need her birth time.
I don't know I still don't see that as a problem. I have 2 close friends who are heavy saturnians , I am too, and isolation has nothing to do with bad vibes. It's just that those things can get tiring. Sometimes we need time for ourselves. Try to look at it from more unbiased perspective. It's a Saturn thing and it has nothing to do with depression or something negative. Such people simply get tired from superficial encounters, it seems draining to them.

Depending on the sign, it could be that a mother figure in the childhood was strict and not really affectionate, or maybe that you perceived that your father was controlling and limiting with your mother.

Anyways, it points to a person which had to grow up very fast and be emotionally self-sufficient from a young age due to family circumstances. It can mean that bouts of depression are possible and an uneasiness expressing affection, especially in public. My father has this conjunction, in Scorpio, although he has no problem with displays of affection, he can be very rigid.

However, it also has the potential to make you a very strong and resilient person when you learn how to deal with the square. Nothing and no one can bring you down. As every Saturn aspect it tends to get better after the 30s.
I have my moon conjunct Saturn and I suffer from what psychologist call attachment trauma meaning that I didn't get the emotional attachment I needed from my primary caregiver which was likely caused by my having a difficult birth and having a fever in my first week of life which Left me hospitalized. My parents loved me but the attachment which all mammals need for proper emotional and psychological development I didn't get

Re: Natal Moon conjunct Saturn?

Moon is fastest travelling planet

and so
if this person had been born just after midnight at that location
their Moon would have been partile conjunct Saturn at approximately 17 degrees Aries
HOWEVER
if this person had been born just before midnight that day
i.e. at the end of the day
then
it is possible
their Moon may have just literally changed signs to Taurus
therefore
a reliable time of birth is imperative
also
the ascendant degree is dependent on a reliable time of birth
and then
the houses are determined by the Ascendant
if you are interested
calculate a chart for 23:58PM on that date check the moonsign

I said "they" because they're twins.

Just these 4 planets in isolation, without seeing the whole chart, probably not too reliable. Pisces moon conjunct Saturn sounds like you are super sensitive and intuitive but struggle with self esteem and feel scared to let people in. Venus opposite Saturn brings delays to the love life, self esteem issues again. Venus opposite moon, an internal conflict between your emotional experiences and the way you show affection. More relationship troubles until you learn the delicate balance of these 2 sides of yourself. How did I do? I'm a beginner and other planetary aspects in the chart might modify this

If you think about what the mother represents and means to our psyche and the integration of our emotional selves and how we respond to others, it’s pretty much the entire template for a healthy adult’s feeling nature. When we are babies, our security and survival is dependent on that bond between the mother and ourselves. We learn that if we cry, she responds with comfort, if we are hungry, she feeds us, etc, etc. if there is a problem with that system, if the mother (or mother figure) is absent or not responsive, it really fundamentally changes your sense of security and teaches you a powerful lesson about the world not containing a safe place or a home base for the native. The native then compensates by essentially sealing off that need for emotional interdependence. You have someone who is as much of an island as they can possibly be. They will never let themselves down in life, and tend to be extremely reliable and consistent towards others, but they’ve been robbed of the beautiful soft, safe space of the moon, and of spontaneous, responsive love and above all TRUST. It’s actually very sad, but we all have our tricky psychology, so just like anything else, it’s possible to learn to live with this and not be miserable. I think the hardest part may be that people who love the native feel completely locked out some or all of the time. The native doesn’t understand, because they DO everything “right” like provide a home, money, loyalty, etc...but they (we) don’t know how to let anyone “in”. So, a serious problem, and they say that the fortitude and stoicism are pretty meager gifts in the face of such a powerful emotional burden. Does that help?

Re: Natal Moon conjunct Saturn?

Lone wolf checking in here. Although the "absent/emotionally cold mother" bit is absolutely wrong in my case, i'm the distant one lol i'm uncomfortable with expressing my true emotions and distance myself... quite the contradiction since i've been having issues with the "flakey and evasive" geminian traits of some people in my life... yet, despite all these challenges i actually went to a great length to reach out to and console someone whom my standoff-ish exterior had hurt, only to have a childish passive-aggressive underhanded response. One part of me just brushes the whole episode aside, knowing that i was the better person, while the other will not hesitate to show my distaste for such a scumbag. Did i mention i have this conjunction in the 11th? What a blessing! (sarcasm)
