Venus in the seventh?

Hi

5 months ago I was told that 'venus (a lady) will be in the 7th applying to an antiscion with Jupiter(me)' but I don't see it or maybe there's more time for it. I would like to know more about this and if it actually means anything.

just some information on what this 'venus' is and what does it bring for me.

note: Apparently someone told me 'A girl will appear in your life and will become your affection'

I've pretty much stopped responding to questioners from areas of the world where Vedic Astrology is the primary model. In my limited experience, questions about when and will I get married and the meaning of life are handled much differently by astrologers in India(for example) than they might be in humanistic western astrology.
