I have a question is 3 degrees asc too early for asking a horary?
I read an article which only uses 1 to 2 degrees to be early,what about 3 degrees,is it considered too early or not?

3 degree is alright... anything below 3 is considered too early to know final outcome (you can still read the chart though)

An early degree can mean that it's too soon to tell; that circumstances are not yet organized to the point where you can get a meaningful answer. So see if your chart answer seems valid, or not quite "cooked" yet.
