I don't do natal charts very well, but the horary chart doesn't look great. The ruler of the turned 8th house (your friend's husband's death) is Mercury. The husband himself is ruled by Saturn, the querent (your friend) by the Sun.
There are conflicting testimonies in the chart. Saturn is essentially weak, but accidentally strong, and has just separated from Mercury. It's as if he's just escaped death. However, the Moon, the natural signifcator of the question, is applying to a conjuction with Mercury, suggesting that there is a possibility that that might happen.
The Moon as a ruler of a house rules the turned 6th house, husband's sickness. The Moon and Mercury are both applying to Saturn. Again, alarming.
But here's the thing. The Sun is in the 12th (fears) house separating from Jupiter, the ruler of 8th (death, anguish). This suggests that your friend is overly scared, possibly blowing things out of proportion.
