Solar Return Moon conj. Natal Saturn/Pr. Venus

Hmm....Well my SR this year is very interesting to me, but I am not very well read on SR's, looking for some insight.

SR Moon is exactly conjunct n. Saturn, and as you guys know, Jupiter is making passes over/near it for awhile(And n. Sun too)

Now, do I interpret based on what the Moon rules in JUST the SR chart, or the house it rules in my natal?
Are SR's even worth messing with...I'm still getting a hang of transits.

Second question:
Progressed Venus is within 1 degree of Pr. Jupiter.
TR. Uranus is sextile them both.
Same question as above..blend the energy, look to which houses?
