Hello, how are you? This is my first post. I couldn't finish all the assignments on time.(I had to successfully finish the chemical analysis, but failed. :( ) That's why the professor/assistant, won't let me even take the exam. Will I pass this subject?

It does not look like it to me.
Even without casting a chart, how can you pass a course when you are not allowed to take the exam?
