What can I do to counteract the influences of this transit on my metabolic health

Hello lovely folk,
Im currently seeking ways to understand and counteract whats been going on with my physical health. Basically everything which kept my body in health previosuly doesnt seem to be working too well, currently investigating probably metabolic/thyroid health. I eat healthy, walk etc but also and studying masters degree and am a single parent ( stress). Despite not doing anything out of the ordinary with my health and wellbeing I have put on a stack of weight in a short space of time and noticed I have a transit of venus/saturn at the moment and am seeking ways that I may be able to work with /remedey this influence instead of it continuing to ruin my life. In addition to the weight, i have a few other things, torn rotator cuff, post viral epsteing barr etc but its this sluggish metabolic issue I am most concerned with ( hereditary influences in immediate family with thyroid removal etc and insulin resistance). If you can spot something there which may help, Id be grateful as I can only see so much there, I can see theres an influence on a more basic level but no the more subtle intricacies of it. Its the 23rd June here in melbourne australia and its about 12:42 pm
