Does this guy like me?

I just want to know whether or not if he likes me. So I know if I should move on with another guy I've been talking to. I recently started talking to a new guy and he seems to like me. But I've been hesitant about getting involved with him. Because of this guy but I don't know if he actually likes me or not. I just don't want to start things with the new guy if this guy actually does like me.
