Compatible for what?
If you mean romantically compatible, it can't happen. You are 12 going on 13 and he is 49. There's no jurisdiction on earth where a romantic relationship between you would be legal.
But I see why you would be attracted to him. Suns in opposition, Moons sextile by sign, Venuses in opposite signs, and his Moon in wide orb conjunction to your Venus (if the birth time you have for him is accurate), and your Moon trine his Venus, can certainly spell chemistry and attraction. If you were compatible ages, synastry like this could be a good match. You're not compatible by age, however. That overrules the astrological factors.
His Venus conjunct his Saturn, which also opposes your Venus by sign, seems to me to indicate the age difference being a barrier. Saturn represents older. Saturn also represents inflexibility and authoritarianism. I see why you have a celebrity crush on him. It's in your synastry: that Moon and Sun and Venus. But all it can be is a crush.
