Where is a good place for me to move to?

I lost my job and unfortunately have to leave Atlanta, I love it here but haven't been able to find a job in my field of work(Non Profit field). I have a few options of either going back to NC, Savannah, Ga, Fl, or back to New Orleans, La. I am also getting back into school online this fall and hoping to conceive(if this will be possible this year but have been wanting a child for years).

My question is where should I concentrate on moving to where I will be happy and does anyone think I will be moving back to Atlanta one day, It was my dream to move here. I just feel lonely honestly and just want to be happy and hopefully share my life with a child of my own soon. Any thoughts would be very helpful. Thank you!
