Is one of these people you? If not, what are they to you? Friend, sibling, ex, etcetera?
It's impossible to interpret a horary chart without knowing who it's about. If you are person A or person B, then you are represented by the ascendant's ruler and the other person is represented by the descendant's ruler. If neither of those people is you, we would have to know what relation they are to you to know what houses to use for them (third house for a sibling, eleventh house for a friend, etc.).
